Copyright & Ownership
All images remain the intellectual property of GB Photography and are protected under applicable copyright laws. No ownership rights are transferred to the client or any third party.

Permitted Use
Downloaded images are granted for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Commercial use, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Editing & Alteration
Clients may not edit, alter, manipulate, or apply filters to any images. This includes, but is not limited to, cropping that changes the integrity of the image, color adjustments, overlays, or use of third-party editing applications.

Watermark Protection
Images containing a watermark may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without proper purchase or authorized access via a provided 4-digit PIN code. Removal, alteration, or obstruction of any watermark is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized Use
Any use of images that violates these terms may result in legal action and/or additional licensing fees.
